Social Interaction Play Group for Autistic Children

Play interaction group for autistic or socially challenged children. Research shows the importance of early intervention to initiate social and play development. A relaxing non-judgemental time for parents and children is the goal. Group will be on Mondays for 4 weeks to see the response. Cost is $40 for complete session. We can add more dates if necessary. Advocate – the Hudson Valley Family Support Services Consumer Councils Need You

Parents of children with a developmental disability are needed to participate on the Family Support Consumer Council to develop and monitor family support services for the Hudson Valley and Taconic DDSO regions.
The Family Support Consumer Councils work in partnership with the Developmental Disabilities Services Offices to develop and monitor policies, services and supports to enhance a family's ability to provide in-home care to their family member with a developmental disability. Services range from counseling and training, respite, recreation, to family reimbursement for the purchases of goods and services. Greystone Programs Project FAME Day Habilitation Program Without Walls

A unique and individualized program is accepting referrals for those individuals with Autism and other development disabilities to participate in the day habilitation program without walls.
Located in Poughkeepsie, positive relationships have been developed with community services and volunteer programs throughout the local community. They look forward to serving more individuals interested in meeting new people, helping senior citizens, donating time to area food pantries and churches and much more. American Youth Soccer Organization
