Education InformationParent to Parent of New York State is a sub-contractor for the federally funded Parent Training & Information Centers for parents of children with disabilities for several of New York State's counties. These centers assist families with questions related to education and special education services. We believe in a strong relationship with all of New York's Parent Training & Information Centers (PTIC). Parent Training & Information Centers
