disabilities; mental illness, and the dually diagnosed. The agency is a
non-profit provider whose programs are certified by either the NYS Office of
Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD) or the NYS Office of
Mental Health. SSI benefits and state funding satisfy fees for eligible

Parent Support Group Special Parenting Matters of Westchester presents Parent Support Group, a structured group for parents of children with chronic or life challenging medical conditions. This co-facilitated group explores the numerous challenges, unexpected rewards and necessary risks to be taken in raising a child with special health needs. Project Cope is a national clearinghouse for resources in the aftermath of disaster. invited to join together for a morning of activities followed by a cooperative
lunch. Each family is asked to bring a snack, finger food, beverage or dessert
to share at the cooperative lunch which follows all the activities of the
morning. There is no fee but registration is required. For further information
