Upcoming MSC Video Conferences Quarterly, a video conference entitled MSC For Families-Getting the Most from Your Child's Program is offered through NYS Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD) Bureau of Training and Medicaid Standards. The video conference is shown in various regional Developmental Disabilities Services Offices (DDSO) throughout the state.
