If your son or daughter with a developmental disability receives service coordination through their enrollment in Medicaid than you have important rights under Medicaid Service Coordination. People (family members) receiving Medicaid Service Coordination have the right to: · Select the MSC vendor of choice. · Request a change of MSC vendor or service coordinator if you are not happy with the quality of service. · Request as many monthly face-to-face meeting with their service coordinator as needed. · Request a change in his or her ISP. · Provide information to the service coordinator about health, safety, or environmental concerns with the residence in which the person lives. · Request to withdraw from MSC.
